Mr. Mike
Scroggins is a 1971 graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in
Accounting. He has worked with the Examiners of Public Accounts for 39 years in
various capacities. He currently serves as the Director of County Audits for
the State of Alabama.
Mr. Scroggins has
assisted several agencies in Alabama regarding correct accounting procedures.
He previously presented this valuable information at a meeting of the Alabama
Association of 9-1-1 Districts.
