“ISO Grading Process”
This class will provide a presentation of the ISO grading process and how it relates to Communication Centers.
Speaker Bio
Bill Watters began his career with Insurance Services Office (ISO) in January of 2003 and works in Community Mitigation assigned as a Public Protection Field (PPC) Representative.
Since working with ISO, he has graded hundreds of communities establishing PPC ratings. He has also worked on various data gathering projects supporting requests from the insurance industry. He is recognized by the National Fire Protection Association as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist and has received extensive training at the Alabama Fire College and the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
