Speaker Bio
Steve Brooks is a former EMA/9-1-1 Director for Elbert County, GA and has been representing several 9-1-1 software vendors in Alabama since 2000. He also serves on the AL APCO Board as Commercial liaison and on the National NENA Operations Committee as the SOP Committee Vice-Chair.
