“Quality Monitoring in the PSAP”

What are the benefits of a Quality Monitoring Program in a PSAP?  Can turnover be reduced by using a Quality Monitoring tool?  Can a good quality monitoring program aid in training?  How do you implement a QM program?  Without tracking the information that is gathered, the Quality Monitoring program is useless.  How can it save supervisors time?  These are a few topics that will be covered.

Speaker Bio

Bill Behar has specialized as a solutions provider for Public Safety & Call Centers for over 14 years, and has been an account manager with Commercial Electronics for the past 8 years.  One of his goals is to help his clients find the best solution to their communication needs.  In 2008, Bill presented in Arizona, Texas, Alabama, Virginia and Oklahoma.  He is also a past instructor at ITT Technical Institute.
