Bill Behar has specialized as a solutions provider for
Public Safety & Call Centers for over 14 years, and has been an account manager
with Commercial Electronics for the past 8 years. One of his goals is to help
his clients find the best solution to their communication needs. In 2008, Bill
presented in Arizona, Texas, Alabama, Virginia and Oklahoma. He is also a past
instructor at ITT Technical Institute.
