Speaker Bio
Kristyn Emenecker has been in the call center industry for the past 15 years,
serving in a variety of operational, consultant, and managerial roles. She
worked with her first PSAP in setting up a Quality Assurance program a decade
ago. A mainstay in the contact center technology arena since 2003, today she is
focused on product marketing for Verint’s Quality Assurance and Coaching tools.
She is a regular on the call center industry speaking circuit, has spoken at
several local APCO/NENA shows, and is active in several industry groups.
